Information we collect: account details (name, email, phone), profile content you choose to share, usage data such as rooms joined and gifts sent, and device information used to keep the service secure.

How we use it: to operate and improve the app, personalise recommendations, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate important updates.

Sharing: we never sell your personal data. We share limited information with trusted service providers (payments, hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality, and where required by law.

Your rights: you may access, correct or delete your data, and opt out of marketing messages at any time by contacting support@filive.app.

By downloading or using Filive you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your region, to create an account.

Community standards: harassment, hate speech, explicit content involving minors, fraud and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

Virtual items & payments: coins, gifts and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except through approved host payout programs.

Host program: earnings, revenue share and bonuses are governed by the host agreement and may change with notice. Filive reserves the right to withhold payouts for policy violations.

Liability: Filive is provided "as is". We are not liable for user-generated content or interactions between users. Continued use after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance.
